I’ve never been so disappointed with a practice in my life. I see lots of doctors for multiple health concerns and, no one is as careless as the staff here. Dr. Callaway is an excellent doctor and does great with procedures.(very minimal soreness) However, that doesn’t matter when you can’t get in touch with the office or get your medicine. They forget to send your medication ON A REGULAR BASIS! I think this is probably the 5th time they simply forgot to send it after an appointment. There’s absolutely no excuse. I’m in a constant battle of leaving a good doctor because nothing outside of him is anything less than terrible. It’s really embarrassing for them and I’ve had it! They still don’t even have a portal to communicate like any practice that has updated systems in the last 5 years. For you to have to scroll to contact us at the bottom of the page is ridiculous. You never know if they will respond there or if you need to call. I’ve spent over a week trying to get in contact with them before. They say it’s temporary and they are working on it, but it gets no better. I would honestly look elsewhere if you are looking for pain management because they can’t take care of their long time patients who spend lots of money with them.

Awful experience!! Only recommendation was for me to lose weight. I felt embarrassed and basically fat shamed because apparently being overweight is what is causing my pain. I will never come to this place again nor will I recommend it to anyone. To tell someone to get on a weight loss medication is ridiculous.

I had been suffering from terrible pain for about six days. When I say terrible pain, I mean a 10 at the very least, and the inability to get up out of a chair or get up off the bed or turnover in bed, or move anything or do most everything I needed to do. I have been a patient of Dr. Duraldi since 2009, and he’s never failed me. once I got to him he knew what we needed to do and he proceeded with the needles in the right place. Everyone in the practice is so kind and understanding. They are all sensitive to the needs of a person in pain and they do all they can to help. Pain is debilitating and having suffered for as many long years as I have, I am very grateful to have Dr. Duralde and his staff to get me through it

Dr Pleasant was very professional and he was conscious of my concern for the procedure. He also was involved in making sure I was comfortable. I definitely would use him again. His Assistant was also wonderful in preping me for the injection. Staff was great! Gave me juice and used a wheelchair to take me to the car. Thankyou!

Dr. Jignesh Gandhi, MD listens to his patients, explains things where you can understand the procedure. Dr. Gandhi has saved me from severe and scary pain many times.

For my arthritus pains for neck and back, Dr. Duralde and his staff members always try to find best possible solutions including "next visit". The best and most caring pain management physician on earth!

I recently had an extra horrible exacerbation of my illnesses. Dr Pleasant knew just what to do. He spent a lot of time listening, teaching, and responded with such kindness, compassion. After evaluating me, he gave me multiple trigger point inj with Steroids and Lidocaine and changed my treatment plan to accommodate for this horrible issues. Just started to feel a decent amount of relief. Thank goodness!! This staff was very kind as well. I feel so blessed to have my treatment team here and the level of care I receive. I normally Do my telemedicine and 3 month vsts with Stephanie at Macquarium Peidmont location. I just love her. I have been coming to them for around 15-20 yrs now. I’ve also had several visits with Cameron. I really liked him!! He was also very kind, compassionate, up with current treatment regimens … and went out of his way to help me. Thank you to my wonderful care teams…. There is also 1 staff member, I think her title is a Medical Assistant, who has been there for as long as I have Her name escapes me …. Sorry also the receptionist on appts and other calls r very nice and easy to work with My only issues have been addressed in a previous text or evaluation . ( the portal not working properly for a long time now, and the hardship I seem to have I getting a live and timely follow up from nurse message line when issues arise that are outside a scheduled appointment and also my faxes I send with medical information they requested.. never seems to get to my care team. ( and I have repeatedly checked the fax number and it’s correct. I feel sooo Blessed to have my team here at Macquarium Pain Clinic at Piedmont. I have heard so many horror stories about other pain treatment centers; so Thank you Lord for allowing me to be blessed with this care team. It has allowed me to feel like there is a way to live and survive each day with my acute and very chronic pain issues associated with a vey complex and multi specialist I see to manage all my different diagnoses I was blessed to have (. Lol

It was apparent that Dr. Callaway had read all of the supporting information which had been sent to him. He immediately zeroed in on the major problems. He was to the point on each question he asked me. I really appreciate a doctor who does their homework prior to seeing me. He did not waste my time. We had a straightforward conversation about my problems, and he put forth a plan of action which is very logical and very doable. Overall, I was extremely impressed with Dr. Callaway and I look forward to working with him as we tackle the problems at hand.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Pleasant on August 14. The entire office staff was professional, friendly, attentive and caring. Dr. Pleasant was just that! He listened attentively to my migraine headache history and symptoms and asked pertinent questions to make sure he understood specifically what was going on so that he could make an informed decision on a proper treatment plan for me. He was empathetic to my account of severe headaches that I had suffered with for several years. He suggested a procedure I had never been offered, by other physicians, including another pain management physician. He was able to perform the procedure during my first visit. I’m so pleased and excited to report that I’ve been experiencing pain relief since the day after this procedure! Susan was most a most pleasant receptionist and made check-in easy. After a short wait for paperwork to be collected, I was called back to an examination room. The technician was again welcoming and personable while taking vital signs. I then met Dr. Pleasant who was very personable and friendly who took great time with explaining the procedure he recommended and why. This helped greatly with my anxiety! He clearly had my comfort and care foremost during and after the procedure. I am comfortable and grateful to be in his care.

The staff was extremely pleasant and professional.

Everyone at this practice is friendly and efficient. Amanda was particularly kind and compassionate. Dr. Pleasant is amazing. He exudes confidence, put me at ease, answered all my questions and was extremely efficient in helping to ease my pain. I traveled all the way from Hawaii to come to this practice for years until I recently moved to South Carolina and I still make the trip to Georgia because of the care I receive here at PCA in Fayetteville.

Check in was a breeze. The nurses in the back were very friendly and helpful with getting me ready for my injections. Dr Pleasant was very patient with me. He let me know exactly what he was doing every step of my procedure, and was concerned about me, and made sure that I was ok the whole time. I definitely would use this practice.

Referral from Dr. Peter Harvey, Resurgens was very much appreciated. Appointment for encounter was made swiftly and with obvious concern for my degree of pain. The staff of the Newnan office was extremely courteous, professional yet personable. Wait time in the office was short. Mr. Man Shah, MA who did initial intake, was extremely polite and obviously well qualified in his position. The nurse was likewise polite, and communicated clearly. This was my first encounter with Dr. Gandhi; I was very favorably impressed, and felt quite comfortable with his proposal for corrective surgery (keyphoplasty), which was scheduled as quickly as possible. The entire experience, from referral to surgery scheduling, easily justifies the five star rating.

Ive been a patient of Dr.Duralde several years for pain management, after many broken bones and joint replacements also lower disc in back issues. I feel incredibly fortunate to have Dr. Duralde and his outstanding staff, caring to all my needs.

I had a long wait because I was told to arrive 30 minutes early, which was to allow some time to fill-out the 14 pages of questionnaire and forms, but it was unnecessary because I had already done that at home and was not given the option to arrive later with completed forms. I had another wait after being screened, but the procedure was fast and efficient with no pain more than a tiny bee-sting for numbing at the start. The staff was great and Dr. Pleasant was very informative as well as friendly.

Things don’t always run as smoothly as we would like and things happen. BUT I am an understanding person, and realize that things are not always in our control. You and your office personnel made it as easy to deal with as possible and I appreciate that. Even having to come back twice in one day was not a problem because you were so nice and accommodating about it. Dr. Pleasant was extremely apologetic and even though I told him it wasn’t necessary, I still appreciate his thoughtfulness. If you guys weren’t so nice, it might have been a problem, but you are a great group of people.

Confusion over suite location....we waited in the wrong location with no acknowledgement that we were sitting in the lobby for 1/2 an hour along with another patient. Finally had to knock on the window to be redirected to the right location - there are certainly enough other signs, one more wouldn't hurt. Also would love to have this practice join Piedmont MyChart so all my medical records could be accessed in the same location.

I did not receive my procedure due to my blood pressure but Dr Pleasant was ver compassionate and explained everything. I really appreciated it

The nurse who took care of me, started my IV and administered my sedation was wonderful. I think her name was Coleen. She did a great job, was very caring and made me feel comfortable. I have been going to Dr. Ghandi since 2018 because of a botched left hip replacement. He was instrumental in managing my pain until my revised hip replacement. I've been seeing Dr. Ghandi for the last few years. He's excellent at procedures. He always places the injections in the exact area of my pain. My only issue is his lack of bedside manner.

Always takes the time and listens and explains everything to you. I have been going to Dr. Ghandi since 2008 and his quality of care for me has been the same now as it was the very first time I've seen him. He never looks at his watch or makes me feel like I'm taking to much time. You will always get great care and someone who will help you with Dr Ghandi and his associates.

Dr Duralde is very good at answering all of my questions and explains everything in a manner to which I can relate. He always has top concern for the pain the patients are experiencing and how to best deal with it.
